Mark's Favorite Guacamole Recipe

(Slightly modified Betty Crocker version)


Ingredients

2   ripe avacados, pitted and peeled.
1   medium onion, peeled & finely chopped
1/2   lemon cut into quarters
2
  jalapeno peppers, cored & finely chopped
1
medium tomato, peeled & finely chopped
1
  teaspoon salt
1/2   teaspoon coarse ground pepper
2

cloves of garlic, peeled & finely chopped
1/2

teaspoon ascobic acid

Directions
  1. Mash avacodos with a fork into a smooth paste.
  2. Add onion, garlic, peppers, salt and pepper to avacado paste.
  3. Mix together well.
  4. Squeeze the lemon quarters into the mixture (remove any seeds!).
  5. Stir in the ascorbic acid.
  6. Fold in the tomato pieces.
  7. Place in refridgerator for 2 hours (or more) to allow flavours to mix.
